2) Before driving, it is necessary to check whether the adjustment handles and handwheels on the system have been moved by unrelated personnel, whether the orientation of electrical switches and travel switches is normal, and whether the tools on the main engine are installed correctly and firmly. Then, the exposed parts of the guide rail and piston rod should be cleaned before driving.
3) When driving, first activate the hydraulic pump that controls the oil circuit. If there is no dedicated hydraulic pump for controlling the oil circuit, the main hydraulic pump can be directly activated.
4) Hydraulic oil should be checked and replaced regularly. For newly put into use hydraulic equipment, the oil tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil after about 3 months of use. Clean and change oil every six months to one year in the future.
5) During homework, attention should be paid to the oil at all times. During normal work, the temperature of the oil in the tank should not exceed 60 ℃. If the oil temperature is too high, try to cool it down and use hydraulic oil with higher viscosity. When the temperature is too low, preheating should be carried out or intermittent work should be carried out in the work line to gradually increase the oil temperature before entering the formal working state.
6) Check the oil level to ensure that the system has sufficient oil volume.
7) Systems with exhaust devices should be vented, while systems without exhaust devices should work back and forth multiple times to allow for natural gas discharge.
8) The fuel tank should be covered and sealed, and an air filter should be installed at the ventilation hole above the tank to prevent the invasion of dirt and moisture. When adding oil to the hydraulic device, it should be filtered to keep the oil clean.
9) Coarse and fine filters should be configured as needed in the system, and filters should be regularly inspected, cleaned, and replaced.
10) To adjust the pressure control components, the first step is usually to adjust the system pressure control valve - relief valve, which opens from zero pressure and gradually increases the pressure to reach the regular pressure value; Then adjust the pressure control valves of each circuit in sequence. The adjustment pressure of the relief valve of the main oil circuit hydraulic pump is generally 10% -25% greater than the operating pressure required to perform the component. The pressure valve of a fast moving hydraulic pump generally adjusts a pressure that is 10% -20% higher than the required pressure. If unloading pressure is used to control the oil circuit and smooth oil circuit, the pressure should be maintained within the range of 0.3-0.6MPA. The adjustment pressure of the pressure relay should generally be 0.3-0.5MPA lower than the fuel supply pressure.
11) The flow control valve should be adjusted from low flow to high flow, and should be gradually adjusted. The flow control valve of the synchronous motion actuator should be adjusted simultaneously to ensure smooth motion
